Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or another couple, Halfway to Heaven's three-level design gives everyone their own space while keeping the group together where it counts. No one's fighting over the bathroom. No one's crowding the living room. Everyone gets their own retreat — and everyone comes together around the pool table, the hot tub, and the mountain views.
Lower Level — Where the Fun Begins
Enter the cabin on the lower level and you're immediately greeted by a spacious game room with a full-size pool table, flat screen TV, and a comfortable sitting area — perfect for rainy mountain afternoons or late-night competitions. A queen bedroom with its own full bath is tucked away on this level, along with the patio where the hot tub waits to soak away the miles after a day on the trails. Up for a little friendly competition outside? Fire up a game of horseshoes in the yard.
Main Floor — Views That Stop You in Your Tracks
Head upstairs to the heart of the cabin. Large windows frame gorgeous Smoky Mountain scenery from the living area, and an electric fireplace keeps things cozy when the mountain air turns cool. The fully equipped kitchen makes home-cooked mountain meals easy, and the dining area is the perfect gathering spot before heading out to explore. Step out onto the wraparound covered deck and let those rocking chairs do their thing — mornings here with a cup of coffee are something else entirely. The second queen bedroom with its own full bath sits just off the main living area.
Upper Level — The King's Suite

The top-floor king master suite is a destination all its own — a luxurious retreat featuring a large jacuzzi tub, sitting area perfect for curling up with a book, and not one but two private porches. Dollywood is just 18 minutes away. The Island in Pigeon Forge is under 20 minutes. Anakeesta and downtown Gatlinburg are a quick 19-minute drive. You're close enough to everything but far enough away to feel like you've truly escaped — and guests consistently rave about spotting bears right from the cabin, which never gets old.

Halfway To Heaven is clean and comfortable. The amenities are excellent. The staff at Heartland Rentals were quick to address any issues that we had. We enjoyed the location close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was wonderful!
This was our second time staying in this cabin. The cabin has a direct view from the front porch of the cabin to the Island in Pigeon Forge. The view at night of the heart of Pigeon Forge from across the mountain was amazing with all the lights in plain view. Its certainly a place we will stay again. It has room for everyone!
I think our only complaint voiced was because twice now we have had the cleaning crew on check out day sitting outside the cabin almost an hour before the check out time making us feel rushed to get out so they can get in to get start. Its a big cabin so I understand the need to create a little extra time to make it perfect for the next family.

The cabin and view were PERFECT!
The layout of the cabin is perfect for three children. Plenty of space and entertainment for everyone. Pool table and hot tub were a great hit. Comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchen. Very clean and beautiful cabin! Everything you need is provided! Jordan and Casey with Heartland are amazing. I will definitely use Heartland and book this cabin again!

Beautiful Cabin at the top of the mountain!
We had so much fun at Halfway to Heaven! The location of the cabin was so conveniently placed between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The layout was nice for 3 couples to stay at (party of 6). We even had a bear sighting in the driveway of a mama bear with 3 cubs, it was so exciting! We would definitely stay with Heartland rentals again!

Best porch ever
I loved the location. The porch was awesome. The toilet in the basement wasn’t working but when we called the office they were good to respond.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It has nice decor.
The beds were cozy and we loved the wrap around porch. Kitchen was cute, a few more bowls and teaspoons would be great. Heating and cooling was a little off, hot at top level and chilly at lowest level. We loved all the seating and chairs throughout. The view was nice too.

Wonderful cabin with views!
Halfway to Heaven is a beautiful cabin with amazing views of Pigeon Forge! We stayed with two other couples and had a great time. It was very clean and comfortable. The large jetted tub and the huge hot tub were definite perks! The location was great as you could get to either downtown Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg within a few minutes. We didn’t see any bears as I read in other reviews. We really enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the rocking chairs and an evening cookout on the grill watching the sunset. Would definitely stay at this cabin again! Ashley at Heartland was very friendly and answered my questions quickly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin for a fun and relaxing weekend!
