Bear Bottom View is a great choice for families looking to explore the area. The cabin was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed provided except an ironing board. The accommodations were excellent, with beds that were comfortable and the cabin checked in by the staff to make sure everything was okay at the location.

Very nice stay
Cabin was beautiful and very accommodating. Would suggest removing door stops on floor and putting on wall. A small table on back porch and outdoor fans would be nice.

Pretty much perfect
Beautiful, clean cabin. Had an issue with the one sink and it was fixed immediately. My only 2 “complaints” would be that there were only 2 chairs on the back deck (there were 4 of us) and it was hard for my in laws to get into the hot tub... a step stool or ladder would have been helpful.

Cabin was gorgeous!!!!
Loved the beautiful cabin and the view was pretty good too. Nice and convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but also very secluded. It was perfect!

Beautiful Cabin
We absolutely loved this cabin! It had everything we needed and was so comfortable and beautiful. Located halfway between Gatlinburg and PF so we were easily able to spend time in both. We will be back!

Pleasant stay
I come to the mountains at least 3 times per year and heartland is as good as I have used to book a stay. Very friendly and helpful. Heartland makes the process easy, no hassle.

What a beautiful Place
We came with another couple and this cabin is absolutely beautiful. All the furnishings and little touches was absolutely divine. When we arrived we noticed the cabin didn't have a regular coffee maker and with 3 out of 4 of us being HUGE coffee drinkers this needed to be fixed. I called the office and they drove one up to us within the hour. The rental company is very friendly and very eager to make sure your stay is enjoyable. If I had a negative to leave it would be 2 things. There is no WIFI in the cabin and maybe add blinds to the front door and bathroom window. Other than that I would definitely recommend this cabin or any other cabin that they rent.
