Clean, Comfortable

This cabin was very clean a beautifully decorated , private and a view to die for . The beds were comfortable even for someone with back and neck issues . The fireplace was very warm and cozy and the hot tub was clean and nice. The staff was attentive and very easy to work with and everything was easy to understand . No problems getting the code for the door and they even called me to see if we had made it. There was however a few things that could be changed and very fixable . The rug at the front door inside needed to have a rubber mat on the bottom because it was very slippery and almost fell . Easy fix we just moved it. No washing powder and they needed more towels and wash rags in each bathroom that way we didn’t have to wash so much. Maybe a little brighter bulbs over the bathroom sinks . No place to hang clothes in the bed rooms but had plenty of space in the dresser maybe a small rod or hooks to hang things . No iron or ironing board . Found out DON’T wear socks on the floors or the STAIRS because it’s very slippery… maybe some carpet treads of some kind would help , and maybe a little end table beside the chairs would make it nice to put a drink on. And kinda a tight driveway to turn around in and a very very steep road to go up . Lastly I didn’t think about asking about WIFI but there is NONE . Which was nice in its own little way but still would have liked it to look up the shows and times and make reservations. ( maybe a book of numbers would help) . Sounds like a lot of negativity but we really enjoyed our stay and will check into heartland rentals again .( maybe just not this cabin)

Great Cabin. Stayed with another couple, each of us had our own master bed with private bath. One thing I will say is that both bathroom vanities have Edison style bulbs with a yellow light which is not good for applying makeup or tweezing. Might want to bring a lighted makeup mirror. Other than that, the cabin had a great location, nice clean furnishings, and a nice hot tub. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Cabin, up to date. Best cabin we ever stayed in.

Very nice cabin! Beautiful views of the mountains from the deck. We enjoyed our stay! The only thing it needed was more hooks etc to hang and dry towels and a table on the deck in between the rocking chairs. We will rent again. Very satisfied with our stay!

The cabin was beautiful. Great view of the mountains. This cabin was at the end of the road which was nice. The beds were comfy and the furniture was new. The staff at Heartland Rentals are always awesome. They are friendly and ensure your stay is perfect. The only thing I would recommend to the owner of the cabin is to provide privacy on the front door. Your beautiful porch is big enough to have a swing. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your cabin.

Amazing cabin for our family! Super clean and had everything we needed for a week of fun! Our boys loved the hot tub in the evening. Location is minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. We plan on staying there next year too!

The only recommendation we would have is an extra garbage can outside. One is not enough
Adorable cabin. We enjoyed our stay.
Little disappointed we did not get to see a bear. Maybe next time 😊

Beautiful cabin and very clean. Everything you need in kitchen. The beds were super comfortable. Close to Parkway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. If you have 4 people bring two camp chairs for the back deck, this was the only disappointment. Two awesome rockers are provided each in the front and back decks, but to heavy to move. No small table provided to put a coffee cup or glass of wine on. We would definitely stay here again!
