License To Chill Cabin is a perfect 5 bedroom cabin rental in Pigeon Forge ideal for a couples retreat or a family getaway! When you enter the cabin you will be on the main level where the kitchen and dining room and living room is located. Located off from the kitchen is a King bedroom with Cable TV, full bath featuring a shower with jacuzzi tub combo. Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Cable TV, 70 inch TV, WIFI, and Fireplace.

The upstairs level features two King Bedrooms each with Cable TV, Full Bath and shower with jacuzzi tub combo.

Downstairs lower level is where the Game Room is located with a Jukebox, Video Games, Pool Table, Cable TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. One King Bedroom and One Queen Bedroom each with Cable TV, Full Bath and shower with jacuzzi tub combo. Lower Deck Area offers Hot Tub for your enjoyment and Patio Furniture and Rockers. License To Chill Cabin is close to all the area attractions, Outlet Malls and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Community swimming pool available for your enjoyment. We do not provide pool towels so please bring your towels from home with you. Community pool access is provided and managed through a third party company. Heartland Cabin Rentals is not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. CABIN SLEEPS 14 ONLY!

*Parking is limited to 4 vehicles as per HOA regulations and your safety.
During the months of November - March , 4 wheel drive and/or chains are required in case of inclement weather.

"First, I would like to thank Casey, who was amazing and quick to respond to all of my requests. I have allergies to some hot tub chemicals, and he made sure the ones they used were safe for me. Also, a shout out to Arrron & Crystal at the Pigeon Forge office, who were very helpful on our arrival. License to Chill is a beautiful & comfy cabin with room for everybody. We had 7 adults and 6 kids. We all had our space. It was very clean. We loved the porches! Everybody in our party liked calling this cabin “home” for our stay. It felt like a mountain getaway, yet it was conveniently located to everything. Pretty perfect!

"Check in was smooth and easy and the cabin was clean and cold when we arrived. We loved that this cabin had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. That is great for a family traveling with Adult children. We used the pull out couch for our toddler and brought pack n plays for our two babies. The mattresses are ok but not the best. The pull out couches are nice to have but not very comfortable for sitting. We had adults in all the bedrooms and never ran out of hot water! The kitchen faucet drips sometimes. It needs a gentle touch to the right to stop dripping. The air conditioning is finicky. We had to call maintenance twice to come out and fix it over our 4 day stay. They were very quick to respond and we appreciate that. We did not use the grill, hot tub or community pool although the pool did look nice and clean. We did use Xplorie for a free ticket to Dollywood. The location is great. It’s so close to everything in Pigeon Forge. I would say that License to Chill is a great value for money and would recommend. It’s not perfect but it did serve our family well.

"This cabin was more than we expected! Clean, plenty of room for all of us! Property management was great, very responsive. There was a small water leak when we first got there. We called and they took care of it within the hour. There were 13 of us ranging in ages 5 months to 68 years old. Teens could be in the game room while the others were in the living room or the bedroom. We were close to all the attractions in Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely recommend this cabin!

"Loved the cabin for my party of 6. I have three boys and a girl and no one wants to share a room so this was perfect! All had their own bedroom and bathroom. Loved the location as it was easy to go out, run by the cabin to change clothes or rest a bit, and then run back out. The cabin was clean and inviting and we will probably stay here again. 💕

"Awesome cabin! Was perfect for our 3 family trip. We had 11 people and everyone sleep comfortably (didn't use sleeper sofas). Game room was great! The only thing we missed was having a fire pit and a porch swing. Location was the best!

"We were in Tennessee for a very special reason…to spread my mothers ashes as it was she and my fathers favorite place in the world to be. Although it was a very sad occasion, our entire family felt much more at ease because of the wonderful environment the License To Chill cabin provided us:) The layout of the cabin is perfect for multi generational families…We we’re very impressed with the attentiveness of the wonderful people at Heartland Rentals!!! When called upon, they would immediately respond to what ever the issue might have been!!! We will certainly contact them again the next time we are visiting the area!!! "The property was AMAZING. The pictures on the website do not really show how BIG the cabin is. The three levels were perfect for the 5 couples plus three teenagers. Everyone had their own room and the kids loved sleeping in the game room. Location was perfect to get off the mountain and into Pigeon Forge. Best cabin !!!!!!!

"AMAZING!!! Our cabin was amazing and cozy. Well maintained and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. We had 4 couples and we all had the best time. Really made it convenient for each room having a private bath. Only thing I would recommend is the directions were not quite clear on our trip to the cabin. One of the streets had been renamed so we drove around the mountain twice to make sure we didn't miss it but called the office and Ashley was great; she didn't know the road name had changed. After that we made it right to our cabin and the birthday celebration began. Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I did not use the Gateway To Fun pass.

"Wonderful views of the world I must say I was a little uncertain about this cabin from the pictures online but I tell you when I got there and was able to see it in person, this is a beautiful place. This place is close to EVERYTHING. WE ALL LOVED THIS PLACE AND HIGHLY RECCOMMEND to EVERYONE. This cabin was very clean and well maintained. "The cabin was immaculate, comfortable and plenty of room. The cabin was all that we imagined. I hope we can rent again next year. The only things I can think of is to fix the lower cabinet doors in the kitchen, Add another chair to the dining table; it will seat 10 comfortably, and turn the juke box on before the guests arrive. We enjoyed the cabin so much, nobody even wanted to use the "Gateway To Fun Pass." Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I did not use the Gateway To Fun pass.

"It was a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location and the staff was great. We really enjoyed our cabin. It was exactly what we needed. Only negatives (term used loosely) was there was no dish washing soap (for hand washing dishes) as listed as a provided item and one dining room chair needs to be tightened up. It was really wobbly and felt unsafe. We just didn’t use it. Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I did not use the Gateway To Fun pass.

"Great cabin: location, size, amenities, and helpful staff. Heartland got a cabin for my family and 4 other families within a days notice when we were evacuated from our vacation in Panama City Beach due to Hurricane Michael. Casey was fantastic and answered any issues we had with prompt service. Cabin was great with five bedrooms, each with a bathroom attached, the kitchen and living room area was spacious and the gameroom downstairs entertained the kids, as well as adults. Hot tub was a bonus! Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I enjoyed the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies attraction most.

"Great The Cabin was great it provided us with all our needs. Bathrooms in each room was great. The kids enjoyed the game room. Overall very nice and spacious. "Wonderful This was a great place to stay! It was our first time staying at Heartland Rentals, but we can honestly say it won't be our last. "Wonderful memories made with our children and grandchildren The location was so convenient to everything. The cabin was very well laid out with 5 bedrooms, and each with their own baths was a real plus. The kids enjoyed the game room...and so did the adults. Even though it turned out to be very warm outside, we still used the hot tub! The kitchen was very well equipped and we did use it for cooking our Christmas dinner. Having a Christmas tree to put our gifts beneath was wonderful! The only glitch we had in our stay was the ice maker not working, but we persevered, buying bags of ice to take care of our needs. They have a fabulous cabin otherwise. We hope to come to Pigeon Forge again and will certainly give Heartland Rentals a call! Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I did not use the Gateway To Fun pass.

"This was a GREAT family weekend-enjoyed by our entire immediate family!! The cabin was great. Clean and a well stocked kitchen. Very cozy and roomy for family gatherings. "The cabin is wonderful and a place you could stay long term. We had a very rough weekend in terms of weather and problems, but Holly at Heartland was extremely nice and accomodating, so customer service was excellent. The cabin itself is wonderful - beautiful, nicely furnished, cozy cabin. The only negative for the cabin is that it is in a sort of cabin subdivision. If you want to be isolated, this is not the cabin for you, otherwise, a wonderful place to stay and convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I enjoyed the Lumberjack Feud Dinner & Show attraction most.

"wonderful everything was good cabin very clean and we had everything we needed to cook with We were in a van just had to adjust to get in our parking space up the hill. Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member!
