License to Chill — The Ultimate Large Group Cabin in the Heart of Pigeon Forge
You've officially got permission to do absolutely nothing — or everything. License to Chill is a sprawling 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Pigeon Forge cabin that comfortably sleeps 14, putting your entire group just minutes from Dollywood, The Island, and the best of the Smoky Mountains. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a milestone birthday, a group of couples, or just a crew that loves to travel together — this is your home base, your game room, your hot tub headquarters, and your mountain escape all rolled into one incredible property.
Privacy for Everyone — No Compromises
Here's what sets License to Chill apart from every other large cabin on the market: every single bedroom has its own private full bathroom. No waiting in line. No sharing. No morning bathroom battles. Four king bedrooms and one queen bedroom mean the adults sleep in style, and with two queen sleeper sofas adding flexible sleeping space, the whole group is covered. Each bedroom features its own Smart TV, so everyone can wind down on their own schedule.
This is the kind of setup that makes guests say — as one reviewer did — "it was perfect for our group of four couples because every bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was plenty of seating in every common area." That's the License to Chill difference.
Three Levels of Pure Fun
On the main level, a massive open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area brings the group together. The fully equipped kitchen with island countertop and bar stools makes cooking for a crowd genuinely enjoyable. The dining table seats 8, and with the kitchen bar seating, everyone gets a spot. The living room anchors it all with a 70-inch Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa — the perfect place to gather for movie nights, game day, or just catching up over coffee.
Head upstairs to find two more king suites, each with their own jacuzzi-combo bath and Smart TV. Head downstairs to where the real fun lives — the lower-level game room is loaded with a pool table, arcade game, video game system, Roku Smart TV, and another queen sleeper sofa. And just outside on the lower deck? Your private hot tub is waiting, surrounded by rocking chairs, patio furniture, and mountain air that immediately puts every guest in vacation mode.
A Location That Makes Everything Easy
License to Chill sits just off the Pigeon Forge Parkway — arguably the best location of any large cabin in the area. Dollywood is 4.3 miles away. The Island in Pigeon Forge is under 2 miles. The Titanic Museum, outlet malls, restaurants, and mini golf are all within a 10-minute drive. And when you need a break from the action, the community swimming pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) is just around the corner.
You're close to everything without being on top of it — a private, peaceful retreat that happens to be perfectly positioned for the best Smoky Mountain vacation your group has ever taken.

AMAZING!!!
Our cabin was amazing and cozy. Well maintained and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. We had 4 couples and we all had the best time. Really made it convenient for each room having a private bath. Only thing I would recommend is the directions were not quite clear on our trip to the cabin. One of the streets had been renamed so we drove around the mountain twice to make sure we didn't miss it but called the office and Ashley was great; she didn't know the road name had changed. After that we made it right to our cabin and the birthday celebration began.

The cabin was immaculate, comfortable and plenty of room.
The cabin was all that we imagined. I hope we can rent again next year. The only things I can think of is to fix the lower cabinet doors in the kitchen, Add another chair to the dining table; it will seat 10 comfortably, and turn the juke box on before the guests arrive. We enjoyed the cabin so much, nobody even wanted to use the "Gateway To Fun Pass."

It was a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location and the staff was great.
We really enjoyed our cabin. It was exactly what we needed.
Only negatives (term used loosely) was there was no dish washing soap (for hand washing dishes) as listed as a provided item and one dining room chair needs to be tightened up. It was really wobbly and felt unsafe. We just didn’t use it.
