License to Chill — The Ultimate Large Group Cabin in the Heart of Pigeon Forge
You've officially got permission to do absolutely nothing — or everything. License to Chill is a sprawling 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Pigeon Forge cabin that comfortably sleeps 14, putting your entire group just minutes from Dollywood, The Island, and the best of the Smoky Mountains. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a milestone birthday, a group of couples, or just a crew that loves to travel together — this is your home base, your game room, your hot tub headquarters, and your mountain escape all rolled into one incredible property.
Privacy for Everyone — No Compromises
Here's what sets License to Chill apart from every other large cabin on the market: every single bedroom has its own private full bathroom. No waiting in line. No sharing. No morning bathroom battles. Four king bedrooms and one queen bedroom mean the adults sleep in style, and with two queen sleeper sofas adding flexible sleeping space, the whole group is covered. Each bedroom features its own Smart TV, so everyone can wind down on their own schedule.
This is the kind of setup that makes guests say — as one reviewer did — "it was perfect for our group of four couples because every bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was plenty of seating in every common area." That's the License to Chill difference.
Three Levels of Pure Fun
On the main level, a massive open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area brings the group together. The fully equipped kitchen with island countertop and bar stools makes cooking for a crowd genuinely enjoyable. The dining table seats 8, and with the kitchen bar seating, everyone gets a spot. The living room anchors it all with a 70-inch Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa — the perfect place to gather for movie nights, game day, or just catching up over coffee.
Head upstairs to find two more king suites, each with their own jacuzzi-combo bath and Smart TV. Head downstairs to where the real fun lives — the lower-level game room is loaded with a pool table, arcade game, video game system, Roku Smart TV, and another queen sleeper sofa. And just outside on the lower deck? Your private hot tub is waiting, surrounded by rocking chairs, patio furniture, and mountain air that immediately puts every guest in vacation mode.
A Location That Makes Everything Easy
License to Chill sits just off the Pigeon Forge Parkway — arguably the best location of any large cabin in the area. Dollywood is 4.3 miles away. The Island in Pigeon Forge is under 2 miles. The Titanic Museum, outlet malls, restaurants, and mini golf are all within a 10-minute drive. And when you need a break from the action, the community swimming pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) is just around the corner.
You're close to everything without being on top of it — a private, peaceful retreat that happens to be perfectly positioned for the best Smoky Mountain vacation your group has ever taken.

This was a GREAT family weekend-enjoyed by our entire immediate family!!
The cabin was great. Clean and a well stocked kitchen. Very cozy and roomy for family gatherings. We had only positive feedback from all the family members. We will certainly plan to use this cabin again in the near future.
We really spent a lot of time at the cabin due to the nice play room and comfortable sitting area.

The cabin is wonderful and a place you could stay long term.
We had a very rough weekend in terms of weather and problems, but Holly at Heartland was extremely nice and accomodating, so customer service was excellent.
The cabin itself is wonderful - beautiful, nicely furnished, cozy cabin. The only negative for the cabin is that it is in a sort of cabin subdivision. If you want to be isolated, this is not the cabin for you, otherwise, a wonderful place to stay and convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge.

I enjoyed the Lumberjack Feud Dinner & Show attraction most.
