License To Chill Cabin is a perfect 5 bedroom cabin rental in Pigeon Forge ideal for a couples retreat or a family getaway! When you enter the cabin you will be on the main level where the kitchen and dining room and living room is located. Located off from the kitchen is a King bedroom with Smart TV, full bath featuring a shower with jacuzzi tub combo. Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Smart TV, 70 inch TV, WIFI, and Fireplace.
The upstairs level features two King Bedrooms each has smart tv's and full baths and shower with jacuzzi tub combo.
Downstairs lower level is where the Game Room is located with Video Games, Pool Table also has Roku and a Queen sleeper sofa. One King Bedroom and One Queen Bedroom each with full bath and shower with jacuzzi tub combo and smart tv's. Lower Deck Area offers Hot Tub for your enjoyment and Patio Furniture and Rockers. License To Chill Cabin is close to all the area attractions, Outlet Malls and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Community swimming pool available for your enjoyment. We do not provide pool towels so please bring your towels from home with you. Community pool access is provided and managed through a third party company. Heartland Cabin Rentals is not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. CABIN SLEEPS 14 ONLY!

During the months of November - March , 4 wheel drive and/or chains are required in case of inclement weather.

Check in was smooth and easy and the cabin was clean and cold when we arrived. We loved that this cabin had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. That is great for a family traveling with Adult children. We used the pull out couch for our toddler and brought pack n plays for our two babies. The mattresses are ok but not the best. The pull out couches are nice to have but not very comfortable for sitting. We had adults in all the bedrooms and never ran out of hot water! The kitchen faucet drips sometimes. It needs a gentle touch to the right to stop dripping. The air conditioning is finicky. We had to call maintenance twice to come out and fix it over our 4 day stay. They were very quick to respond and we appreciate that. We did not use the grill, hot tub or community pool although the pool did look nice and clean. We did use Xplorie for a free ticket to Dollywood. The location is great. It’s so close to everything in Pigeon Forge. I would say that License to Chill is a great value for money and would recommend. It’s not perfect but it did serve our family well.

This cabin was more than we expected! Clean, plenty of room for all of us! Property management was great, very responsive. There was a small water leak when we first got there. We called and they took care of it within the hour. There were 13 of us ranging in ages 5 months to 68 years old. Teens could be in the game room while the others were in the living room or the bedroom. We were close to all the attractions in Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely recommend this cabin!

Loved the cabin for my party of 6. I have three boys and a girl and no one wants to share a room so this was perfect! All had their own bedroom and bathroom.
Loved the location as it was easy to go out, run by the cabin to change clothes or rest a bit, and then run back out.
The cabin was clean and inviting and we will probably stay here again. 💕

Awesome cabin! Was perfect for our 3 family trip. We had 11 people and everyone sleep comfortably (didn't use sleeper sofas). Game room was great! The only thing we missed was having a fire pit and a porch swing. Location was the best!

We were in Tennessee for a very special reason…to spread my mothers ashes as it was she and my fathers favorite place in the world to be. Although it was a very sad occasion, our entire family felt much more at ease because of the wonderful environment the License To Chill cabin provided us:) The layout of the cabin is perfect for multi generational families…We we’re very impressed with the attentiveness of the wonderful people at Heartland Rentals!!! When called upon, they would immediately respond to what ever the issue might have been!!! We will certainly contact them again the next time we are visiting the area!!! Good location. Close to so many activities, food, stores, but far enough off the beaten path for quiet. Liked that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. There was plenty of space for 10 adults.
