The views are amazing, hot tub is right on the deck with a great view of the stars and mountains. The inside is beautiful and extremely close to Gatlinburg, less then 15 minutes.

The advertisement for this place was true to reality. Cabin had nice views, was clean & had private hot tub. We had a good visit overall & enjoyed the quite & privacy.
Overall we enjoyed our time here. The rustic environment was enjoyable and having a starter pack was helpful.
We would rent from Heartland again. Very helpful customer service & having the Xplorie discounts & benefits was a pleasant, unexpected surprise! We used the discounts for a few adventures. Thanks for a nice weekend while we celebrated our anniversary!

Our cabin was very clean & comfortable, just as advertised. Photo’s of the cabin showed the beautiful view which we enjoyed. Only issue was TV was off line first day but maintenance came out immediately & issue resolved. Did have one visitor one evening when this big black bear walked up the driveway as we looked out the kitchen window. Will definitely use Heartland in the future.

Checking in and out was super easy, I’ve never dealt with explorie before but it was great! Explorie was also great for all the discounted excursions! Everything was clean, everything we needed to cook was there, we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that could be considered negative is, you don’t get exactly what’s in the pictures. The cabin is used, it’s not as shiny and pretty as it once was, trees have grown and the view isn’t quite what it used to be. But this isn’t our first time staying in a rental cabin, we know things change over time and it didn’t turn us away at all. Heartland will be where we look first for our next stay!

Amazing Getaway!
Hubby and I chose to stay here and spent a wonderful week rafting, ziplining, hiking, horseback riding and just relaxing and enjoying some time away. The only thing I would have to say as criticism would be to have another blanket for the bed and a throw for downstairs. I had read other reviews and brought one of ours and without that we would have been way too cold at night. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone! We are already looking to plan another stay with them!

The cabin was very nice. The customer service from your company was wonderful. The only thing we feel you should know it that there are no knives in the kitchen that can cut. No steak knives or ore knives

Smoky Mountain View
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in March. The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was very clean and private on the deck. WiFi and cable were available for use after a day in Gatlinburg and hiking. The only suggestion-it’s time for a new mattress. We slept ok, but the bed definitely needs an upgrade. The location is about 11 miles from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Private yet close enough to everything. The driveway is steep, so that could be an issue if going out in winter. We took advantage of the ticket discounts offered and went Dollywood and Anakeesta. Heartland rental had exceptionally friendly service. Overall, we would definitely stay again.
