Beautiful cabin and wonderful view. Definitely recommend. I think the only improvements would be the addition of Wi-Fi, since I personally struggled to return work emails. That being said, it was still gorgeous and we will definitely be returning. Thank you!

My husband and I loved our stay at Bear Pause. We had stayed in the same area 3 years ago for our wedding honeymoon and have been wanting to go back for our anniversary. We love the location of the cabin, as it is centrally located for things to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. It was perfect for just the two of us. We will definitely be back. Heartland Rentals has been amazing both time we have stayed through them and I highly recommend them!!!

Our original reservations on another cabin stay were cancelled due to forest fire. Heartland rentals were awesome in helping us find another cabin to stay in.

We enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located close to everything. Wish the view was a little better but it was pretty good. Wish the bathroom and bedroom were on the same level. Other than that, it was great

We have been coming down to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for 40 years and the Bear Pause cabin was one of the best. The views were beautiful and the cabin was fantastic. The staff at heartland made this experience very enjoyable. One improvement would be to add WiFi. A lot of people work from home and that addition would make this a 10 star cabin. We will definitely be coming back.

Overall very clean. Staff in the phone was welcoming and helpful whether it was ore-visit, during, or at check-out.
Our only feedback would be to provide a toilet plunger for bathrooms and a sponge/brillow pad to help keep the kitchenware clean during the stay.
