Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

My boyfriend and I stayed in this cabin for our one year anniversary, and we absolutely loved it! We hardly ever wanted to leave the cabin because it was so cozy and comfortable. The view was exactly how it is seen in the pictures shown, and it was beautiful to wake up to. Of course, like with most cabins, there were other cabins all around, but we never once had any complaints about noise. It was a very quiet environment. We loved our stay, and we will definitely be back in contact with Heartland Cabin Rentals next time we want to visit Pigeon Forge!

I can't think of anything I would change. My wife Cindy & I had a wonderful time. The cabin was perfect! We will definitely stay here again! This is the second time we have used heartland & they are top notch! Very kind & professional! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Amazing!

We had an amazing time, the registration process with Heartland was super easy, everyone i dealt with was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. The cabin was perfect, incredible views, all the extras you would expect and more. I could not have asked for a better experience all the way around. We will definitely be using Heartland rentals again, hopefully soon!! thank you for making our 1 year anniversary trip so special!

Fantastic!

Cabin was perfect. We loved the loft and views. It seemed so private and quiet. Our 16 yr grandson had a good time with the old folks, made use of the hot tub and didn't complain about going to the Hatfield/Mccoys which was a blast. We hiked and explored the Smokies, zip lined, tree top hiked and welcomed our coming back to Bear Pause every night. It was super clean, furnished so cute and gets an A++++++ all around. Thank you so much.

Excellent

We had a wonderful time. The cabin had everything we needed and we loved it! This is our first cabin rental and definitely will want to book this cabin again. The staff was very helpful, we had a late arrival, they had our paperwork ready and we found the cabin at night with no problems.

A wonderful experience & perfect mountain getaway!

Our stay at Bear Pause was a wonderful experience! From start to finish, it was an enjoyable process. Check in was incredibly easy, and we even got to check in early which was great! Our cabin was in the perfect location, minutes from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg - yet secluded in the quiet woods. Wonderful view, and a cozy, clean cabin that was perfect in every way. We will be returning as soon as possible!

Lovely cabin

Highly enjoyed our stay at bear pause. Amazing views in the morning and the jacuzzi was an excellent end to the day. Oh, and add satellite tv to guest room. It only accommodates x box so when we were in for the night my son would sneak to the living room to watch tv, waking us up in the studio upstairs. It's all minor stuff

A fun getaway that provided some much needed relaxation!

• Location was great! Central to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

• Tub was very slow to drain, but shower had good water pressure.

• Could use additional lighting. Not a huge deal! We made do with the lamps provided.

• We appreciated access to the washer and dryer.
