Quiet wooded cabin
We wanted to get away and de-stress so this cabin provided a quiet retreat in the Arts and Crafts area which was nice for shopping and food. This our second time using Heartland, they are great to work with. This cabin didn’t have the views of our previous rental and was right off a main road but turned out to be very quiet. The cabin itself was perfect for two people. It had a well equipped kitchen but would have been nice if there was salt and pepper and coffee filters (enough for the number of days of stay). The mattress was pretty bouncy and uncomfortable and needs updated. The jetted tub was a nice addition since rain prevented us from using the outdoor hot tub. Would definitely recommend using Heartland, thanks for making our Anniversary weekend relaxing.

The cabin was wonderful
The cabin was absolutely amazing. My husband and I stayed there for our honeymoon and are so glad we did. It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved that we were not that far away from downtown. Will definitely be back for another visit

VERY CLEAN, VERY NICE CABIN, GREAT STAY!
THANKS!
We had a great stay and the customer service was excellent! The cabin was very clean, with just a few updates needed. The handle on the refrigerator was broken, and of course, we didn't notice right away, but did call it in and customer service was very helpful. Also, at this particular cabin, lighting on the front stairs would help us old people!

Relaxing and just what we wanted and expected.
The cabin was just as described and pictured. Ashley was very friendly and helpful from the time we checked in to even helping us with booking a extra night. The only suggestion would be that the living room would greatly benefit from having a ottaman added. We look forward to booking with heartland rentals again.

Pleasant and conveniently located
The cabin was very clean and met our needs. It was close to the Smokey Mountain National Park which was where we spent most of our time. My only criticism is that the mattress was too soft but that’s a personal preference. I really have no complaints; for the money I thought it was quite acceptable.
