The cabin had an ideal location for us; being between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with the option of using back roads to avoid high traffic areas. The cabin was cozy, clean, and all the amenities (hot tub, jacuzzi tub, fireplace, etc.) were very nice additions to enjoy during our stay. The Heartland rental property number that you called if you had any questions had a helpful representative on the line no matter who it was. They made the whole process very easy. The only minor setback was the day of arrival they were supposed to send an email with the access code by 4 PM. It was almost 5 PM and I had not received an email so I called and he said that she had put in that she sent the email, but didn't actually send it. I think his name was Jordan and he was apologetic and gave us the access code and answered our questions.

Beautiful cabin, clean, homey. Definitely looking forward to booking again and bringing our girls down to another cabin. Secluded enough for privacy, but close enough to entertainment. Thank you for everything!!

We were sad to leave this cute little cabin! It was super clean and had everything we needed to relax after long days hiking or exploring. Location was remote and private, yet only a short distance away from food and attractions. As other reviewers have mentioned, the bed itself might be on its last leg (quite creaky and wobbly at times), but other than that, no complaints whatsoever! Would definitely return.

The Heartland staff were wonderful squeezing us in last minute, thanks!
Cabin was nice, clean, and offered all the needs and expectations of the spontaneous “romantic retreat” we took.

Great. The cabin was exactly as described.
Loved the cabin and the vicinity to downtown. Close enough but far enough for privacy.
Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member!
I did not use the Gateway To Fun pass.

The cabin was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
We did enjoy the cabin and our stay this last week. Only complaint we have is about the bed. It was quite noisy and was not the most comfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed the coziness of the cabin.

I enjoyed the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies attraction most.
