Perfect Anniversary Getaway
Heartland was professional, kind, and went above and beyond expectations! This trip was planned as a surprise and all Heartland staff were aware and made sure I was alone when phone calls were made. The cabin was clean and everything in working order. We truly loved our stay! The Gateway to Fun Pass was an added bonus, and we loved the Pirate's Voyage show!

Exceeded our expectations!!
We had the best time! From start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The cabin was clean and private! It was perfect for us. The only thing we noticed that possibly be improved on is the cabin is quite dark. And there isn’t much space to unpack anything. A shelf as a pantry and a bigger dresser would be helpful. But I would recommend in a heartbeat!! Best location and super clean!! Can’t go wrong.

With the exception of refrigerator not cooling well, it was an excellent experience. Very cozy and clean. My wife and I hated to leave.

Very peaceful and tranquil.
We enjoyed our stay at Precious Moments. Traffic going by the cabin was at a very minimum which meant that it was very peaceful and quiet. Everything we needed was there.

We loved the cabin and the Heartland employees were amazing.
We came to the cabin to relax and celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The cabin was in a great area, well maintained and very clean when we arrived. The Heartland staff was very nice and responsive to any of our requests. It was located far enough away from "town" but not too far. It was secluded from other cabins in the area and very private, great for a couples getaway.
The washing machine wasn't working correctly, I contacted Heartland and they sent someone immediately. The gentleman that arrived was courteous, fast, and accurate at diagnosis and repair. He is easily the fastest appliance repairman that we have ever seen. Amazing customer service!

Heartland is the best!
We stay at Precious Moments every few months because we love the convenient location and we always have a great time. The cabin is secluded, but still in close proximity to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Tina and all of the staff are absolutely wonderful and always go above and beyond! We will always use Heartland Rentals because they are awesome and we look forward to each and every visit.

Very nice get away.
Very clean cabin for two. The only issue experienced was the washing machine takes about one hour to fill the tub on the rinse cycle or cold cycle. The cold water comes out extremely slow making washing a load of towels and/or clothes a lenghthy ordeal. Fix the washing machine and you will be back to 100% on everything. Awesome place located close to all attractions and restaurants.
Thanks to the staff that will mail a necklace to me that was left behind when departing the cabin. Staff taking the time to assist a return customer after departing says a lot about Heartland rentals and the cabin owner. I should receive the necklace this week, “Thank you”, for taking the time to mail the necklace back to me after our wonderful stay. We will be utilizing Heartland Rentals in the future. Didn’t use the Gateway to Fun Pass due to some attractions being closed during this time of year. Awesome offer during peak times of the year in November and December.
