Very clean, quaint and perfect for a couples getaway! We had some confusion with the directions and called for help. Jordan was extremely helpful and guided us the whole way! Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend it and will be a repeat guest in the future! Thank you for a lovely stay!

From beginning to checkout, easy process and easy check-in/check-out. The cabin was clean, pretty and not on top of a ridiculously tall mountain--all very much appreciated. Enjoyed the hot tub as well! All the earlier reviews were helpful AND all true!

We loved the cabin and the quiet location! The cabin is small but very adequate for two people. Our interaction with heartland was very pleasant. If you would like a quiet location with easy access to everything, we would recommend giving it a try. It is on quite a steep access road so be aware if you are planning on coming in the winter months.

Peaceful
The cabin was in perfect working order and very clean. This is our 6th stay with Heartland and we would never stay with any one else. The cabin was so peaceful and just the rest we needed. Thank You Heartland ! see ya in December for our 7th stay!

Perfect
This is the perfect cabin for a romantic get away. It is secluded from everyone and maybe 10 minutes away from Gatlinburg. My wife and I loved this place!

Perfect couples cabin!
The cabin is perfect for a couple looking to get away. It’s secluded, but close enough to enjoy both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. However, my suggestions would be to add extra towels and pillows, and it’s definitely overdue for a new mattress. While there is a washer and dryer, a couple will go through 2 towels pretty quickly between the shower and utilizing the hot tub. (More so an inconvenience to have to do laundry everyday when you’re on vacation than a complaint) the 2 pillows and the bed were not comfortable, and we ended up having to buy extra pillows on our trip to help us sleep better. Overall, we would recommend Heartland to anyone looking for a cabin! From booking to checkout was a smooth process.

I couldn’t have imagined a more cozy & private cabin!
This was our first time renting a cabin together and we couldn’t have asked for more! Precious Moments was in a private area but was also a quick drive from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was so cozy & clean and we had such a great time! It was awesome having both the jacuzzi tub and the hot tub to enjoy as well as having a TV upstairs & downstairs. We can’t wait to use Heartland Rentals for our next trip!

Fantastic!
This is our second time using heartland rentals and they never disappoint. This cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. It has a great location between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge and although it’s a small cozy cabin, there is still plenty of room inside.
