We loved this cabin! It was very cozy and we loved the fact it had a fire pit grill and hot tub. The very first day we were there we had a big bear and cub on our porch near the hot tub and sniffing the grill. We seen them come out several times that day. That was awesome to see. The only things I would suggest is to secure the hot tub because after that we were afraid to get in it. Also the kitchen needs better lighting near the stove. And the living room could use a bigger T.V .Other than that I would recommend this cabin and would stay here again. My kids loved it.

Cabin was easy to find. No views to speak of, but very rustic and peaceful. Hot tub was nice, and the WiFi adequate. I would strongly urge the owners to spend a little money on the following items, in order to make this a place we would return to: replace the shower head in the upstairs bath (half the water just drips straight down), add/improve lighting in kitchen, and living area (bring a flashlight to make coffee in the mornings), and most importantly replace the couch (doesn’t have to be expensive, just hold butts up off the floor). With these changes, I could in good conscience recommend this place.

Great location and amenities. Cabin could use some updating and better lighting in kitchen and laundry area. We had an awesome stay though. As always, Heartland is great to work with. No complaints there at all!

Cabin was very comfortable and we enjoyed staying there, except for the 3 hour power outage.. heartland Rentals was great giving us the website to watch as power returned in the area around us and called back to check on us later in the evening. Jordan in the office was great getting us checked in when we arrived even though I had issues getting my email. all the staff was fantastic answering all my questions prior to check in day. Will DEFINITELY stay with Heartland Rentals again.

Loved the cabin and location!!!! The cabin was clean and cozy!! Secluded from everyone but one neighbor. Not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Saw a bear Saturday morning of our stay!!! Awesome experience!!! We love Heartland Rentals!!! Thank you for another great Cabin!!

The Cozy Den was exactly as it's title suggests; we had a very relaxing experience. I also LOVED working with Heartland Rentals. They stayed in touch throughout every step of the way and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. I will definitely use Heartland Rentals again in the future!
The only thing I did not love about the cabin was the fact that whoever stayed before us smoked weed in our cabin...it smelled so bad the entire time that we were there. I don't blame Heartland...They specifically say in their contract not to smoke inside. But that was why I gave 4/5 stars; We needed some candles lit inside or something.. haha

We loved the cabin and was the best vacation spot. We even had a visit from a bear! I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone going to Tennessee!
