Christmas Bear Cabin is one of a few Authentic Log Cabins on Wiley Oakley/Ski Mountain.
Christmas Bear is a perfect cabin for your Smokey Mountain Vacation. This great 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin has plenty of room for your family getaway. Located just minutes from Gatlinburg, you will find yourself swept away in the beauty of this cabin. Upon entering into the cabin, you will find a open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room. Take advantage of the gas burning fireplace on those cold winter nights. Down the hall, you will have a full bathroom as well as a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The wrap around deck on this level boasts your relaxing hot tub and sitting area to take in the surrounding beauty. Upstairs, you will have another king bedroom and full bath as well as a private deck. You don't want to miss out on this one of a kind cabin on Wiley Oakley/Ski Mountain. Christmas Bear is one of the most popular new Cabins on the Ski Mountain ! Christmas Bear has WiFi, smart tv's, swimming pool access and tennis court access for our guest! Please bring your pool towels with you. We DO NOT supply pool towels. Community pool access is provided and managed through a third party company. Heartland Cabin Rentals is not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
During the months of November - March , 4 wheel drive and/or chains are required in case of inclement weather.

This property is amazing! Not only is it nestled up in the mountain with beautiful Mountain View’s but the cabin itself is amazing! The beds were so comfortable that as soon as our heads hit the pillow after long days exploring, we all slept so well! The craftsmanship is also beautiful! We hope to have the chance to stay here again in the future. :)

Amazingly beautiful, clean, really lovely views, well equipped (we should have packed lighter :). This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Close to attractions but wonderfully quiet when we returned after our adventures. Beds were so comfy and the hot tub was a great way to unwind. WiFi strong and all of our electronic gadgets worked perfectly. Alexa made check in/out process (and playing our favorite music) seamless. Thank you all so much, would definitely recommend ❤️

This was perfect, so convenient to downtown, top of a mountain, everything we needed or may have forgotten. Had to pay for two extra nights we enjoyed our cabin so much. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Christmas Bear! The cabin was spacious and conveniently located close to town while still being private. We enjoyed spending time on the deck looking for bears, cooking meals in the kitchen, and being a quick drive to the welcome center where there was access to a free trolley into downtown. I would recommend this cabin for anyone who needs space and comfort for 3-6 people!

Beautiful cabin with amazing views. My family and I loved it here. The cabin came with so many amenities, was clean, and comfortable. I would recommend Heartland Rentals and The Christmas Bear cabin to family and friends!

This cabin is beautiful inside and out with an amazing view. It’s far enough up the mountain to feel secluded yet close enough to town to be able to come and go without feeling like you’re driving all day. It was the perfect place for our family of six to stay.

We loved staying at Christmas Bear. Everything was so clean and perfectly decorated. We loved the hot tub so much that our daughter never asked to use the pool. The only thing I would recommend is more rocking chairs-that was the preferred bear watching spot. (And we saw 2!) We would definitely stay here again (even despite that scary driveway).

Wonderful
This is such a great cabin and the views and bears who visited us were wonderful!! My only suggestions for improvement would be to have more information available about how much dish soap and paper products are available as well as information about where the community pool is located.
