"The Cabin was Great. This is our 3rd time using Heartland Rentals and they never disappoint. Only Con i had with the cabin was the wifi didn’t really work but that’s okay my service did just fine!

"The cabin itself was fairly nice but the cover on the hot tub needs replaced. Had a hard time with the stopper on the upstairs tub. Other than that everything was fine.

"Absolutely a beautiful place! Can not wait to come back next year! The cabin has an amazing view and very private. The road to get to it tho is not ideal but once you are there you completely are taken away by the whole experience. The cabin is in an amazing location and heartland was amazing at helping me and always being there is I needed them!

"Top of the World is in a great location. The area is quite and easy to access. The cabin is great!!! However, I would recommend a table & chairs for the back porch….and maybe a step sign for the jacuzzi step because it only goes around half of the tub and if you’re not paying attn could pose a fall risk..I fell!! Lol Would definitely revisit this cabin!!! As always, Heartland Rentals did not disappoint!

"Great location with views from every room! Cabin is a bit worn out and kitchen could be better stocked, but we plan on returning anyway. Beware, that you will need good traction in order to reach the cabin in icy conditions! Heartland’s staff is always friendly, professional, and committed to making their customers happy! We have used them for many years and have never been disappointed.

"Wonderful cabin, served the purpose. Was everything we hoped for and more. Family totally enjoyed our stay, it's comforts made it hard to leave for attractions/parks but we returned to comfort.Hot tub on the deck was functional but aged. Please selectively trim some of the foliage in front of the deck so the hills in the background can be better seen. We recommend staying here

"The cabin was easily accessed. It was very clean. I would only change 3 things: 1) a small table in between the rocking chairs on the porch to hold drinks and things while enjoying the area 2) a few tree limbs trimmed to better enjoy the view 3) a few essential spices left like salt and pepper. Otherwise the amenities were lovely and the cabin was great for our stay.

"We have stayed at this cabin many times. It feels like our home away from home. Obviously, we like it. The cabin is located in a quiet setting and is next to the park. The entry to the cabin has no steps which is an asset for us! The view from the screened in back porch is so pretty! Upmost, the cabin has always been clean when we have arrived. We certainly will be back!

"The property was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. It is perfectly located between Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Gazing at the stars from the back screened in porch and hot tub was the perfect ending of each day. We recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

"I didn’t know, but the cabin is in the Smokey Mountain National Park. It could not be surrounded by a more beautiful location. The house was clean and smelled great. We were gone a lot but it was great to come back and turn on the fireplaces and hop in the hot tub. I have to say this, I have been to many rental houses and these had the best beds I have ever slept in. Like being on a cloud! We were so pleased with the home and the central location to everything we wanted to do. 💝

"We have stayed at this cabin 5 times. We like it for several reasons. It is always clean! It has a beautiful view! You can walk straight into the cabin with no steps. This is good for people with mobility issues. There is a bedroom downstairs if you have problems with stairs. If you can do the stairs, there is a beautiful master suite with all amenities. We love the fireplaces (two of them). It is pet friendly for small animals (I can bring my baby). I recommend this cabin and the staff at Heartland are always very helpful!

"The location of the cabin was perfect and we loved the fireplaces and the large tub upstairs. There are a couple of things to help improve the cabin: 1. The WiFi password in the welcome binder is not correct. We had to look on the router for the correct password. 2. The WiFi was not reliable. We ended up just turning off WiFi on our devices and using cellular data because the WiFi was too slow and often wouldn’t get a connection. 3. The fridge would sometimes drip water from the back of the temperature control unit. It wasn’t enough water to be super concerned about it, but it was dripping enough to be noticeable. 4. The drain plug for the sink in the upstairs was broken, preventing the sink from draining properly. 5. We tried to use the toaster a couple of times and it didn’t work very well. It’s too hot on one side and not hot enough on the other. But overall, we loved staying at your cabin and we had a great time.

"The Cabin was good and clean. It had a view of the mountains but will be better in Fall, winter and spring. Just a few trees blocking some of the view. Everything worked in the cabin. The Wifi/internet was spotty at best but goal was to get away. The bed was better than some of the other cabins we have stayed at. We like the Gnatty Branch village cabins because of the location. The Cabin was showing a little wear on some items but everything doesn't have to new for us. The couch was made to just lay down and relax in after a day in the Park. All in All, I would stay there again.

"Valentine weekend We came to the mountains to get away. Top of the World was a nice, quiet,quaint little chalet! Enjoyed our stay,hot tub, jacuzzi. Wifi/internet was spotty at best but goal was to get away, unplug for weekend so didn't matter much. Had everything to cook our valentine dinner ( grilled steaks). "Fabulous! Top of the World! Very clean! WI-FI very slow was only complaint. Bed was the best bed on a vacation in 30 plus years! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. "Awesome cabin stay with everything we needed to have a wonderful time! The name of this fabulous cabin, Top Of The world says it all! The hot tub was very nice addition with the beautiful view included on a long screened in back porch with four nice rocking chairs to rock away your blues. We loved the very large master bedroom upstairs with a Jacuzzi and the big bathroom with a separate tub & shower included, not to mention another bedroom downstairs with another big bathroom included. A very nice living room with combination dining space. A nice kitchen area with plenty of space to cook your meals with all the essentials needed. You cannot go wrong with this very nice cabin to share with friends or just right for a couple like us, to have a his & hers bathroom. WE will definitively go back and enjoy it all again. Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I did not use the Gateway To Fun pass.

"As always, didn't disappoint We decided we had to get away from Ohio during quarantine 2020 and what better place to do that than the Smoky Mountains?! Heartland Rentals was so wonderful to accommodate us. "Great Stay We loved the cabin. It was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, too. Easy, paved access and great location being within minutes to everything in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Everyone at Heartland's Cabin Rentals are very helpful, knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch!! We loved the "warm welcome" and is a nice touch. Of course, we will be back! "Quiet area, lovely view from deck. This cabin was in a great location to jump on the Spur and head out to all areas, the Smokies, Gatlinburg, or Pigeon Forge. We really enjoyed our stay, it was just the right size for two couples! The area is so quiet and even though the cabins are close together we never heard a sound from anyone. "We had a great stay Everything was great with the exception of television service and internet. "Super clean cabin, awesome staff! We are returning customers. The cabin was so clean and awesome! We loved it! The staff was very professional and helpful as well. The only issues were the WiFi being very slow and there were two big holes in the screen room. But we did not see any bugs in the cabin so no complains here. Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I did not use the Gateway To Fun pass.

"We really were on top of the world and we loved our whole experience. This cabin was everything we expected and more. It provided all of the comforts of home in a very quiet, mountainous setting. "Didn't disappoint!! This is our second time in this cabin and it was just as magical as the first time. The hot tub was the best way to relax after a long day of walking and shopping. The cabin is located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which is very convenient. We will definitely be back!! Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! "I recommend! This was a great place to stay. It was very homey with enough space for 4 adults and a pull out couch. The cabin was in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so we could easily go to either place, which has plenty of great stuff to do. The only complaint I have regarding this stay was that the porch didn’t have a table and that there wasn’t adequate cooking supplies for a lot of cooking. Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I enjoyed the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies attraction most.

"Great Cabin This is our second stay with Heartland Rentals. Heartland is a great company to deal with. This is a beautiful and well kept cabin. The only thing that could be better is maybe a few more kitchen bowls and utensils. Otherwise couldn't have asked for anything else. "We had a great time. The cabin was nice and clean. The service, as always, was topnotch. The only issue we had was with wasps coming into the screened deck - my daughter got stung. "Breathtaking We thought our cabin during our stay in the spring was amazing. This cabin far exceeded our expectations. Waking up to a view of the mountains was definitely a surprise, we arrived after dark so we weren't sure what view we would get. It definitely did not disappoint, very spacious and it felt like home. "Amazing I usually stay with a different rental company, but from now on I will not stay anywhere BUT Heartland Rentals. Top of the World is located in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Easy to get to and the mountain view was BEAUTIFUL! The cabin was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The office staff was very kind and helpful checking in and out. We hated to have to leave!! Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I enjoyed the Comedy Barn Theater attraction most.

"Gorgeous cabin in a convenient location! The cabin was reasonably priced, very nicely decorated and neat and clean. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and the hot tub was a nice plus. Conveniently located just between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and within 15-20 min of Dollywood or Gatlinburg. Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! "Homey, cared for and totally immersed in what Tennessee is all about. Very much enjoyed working with Heartland Cabin Rentals - responsive and helpful with any questions. Even when I left my shoes behind and needed them shipped to me. The cabin was great - spacious and well equipped for our needs. The internet didn't work so great due to the storms, so at first we were disappointed with that but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise - we really unplugged during our stay. "Great stay! We had an awesome stay at the "Top Of The World" Cabin. We had 4 adults, 1 child, and 1 small dog and had plenty of space to be comfortable! This cabin is in a fabulous location right off the parkway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The main bedroom upstairs is huge! King, comfy, bed with lots of extra space and a jacuzzi tub, if you like that sort of thing. The second bedroom downstairs was a good size with plenty of room as well. We had a great stay and would def consider again in the future. Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member! I enjoyed the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies attraction most.

"Perfect cabin to relax and enjoy the veiw Cabin was spotless, brand new set of pots and pans. The view is beautiful. Even though you have neighbors you would never know it. The staff at heartland was very professional. When the storm knocked out the power I called the office just to let them know, and she gave me the number for the power outage hotline, which allowed me to get real time reports from the power company. I really appreciated her doing that for me. I will definitely be back next year, same cabin I hope. Yes, I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend or family member!
