Gaucho Urbano Brazilian Steakhouse is the first of its kind here in the Smokies. As much as we love some good old-fashioned Southern cooking, we’re excited to add something new to our plate here in Pigeon Forge. Heartland has a hearty helping of Pigeon Forge cabins just a short drive from Gaucho Urbano- Save room for dessert!

What is Gaucho Urbano Brazilian Steakhouse?

Gaucho Urbano is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse with a twist. They offer all of the traditional Brazilian steakhouse recipes with their own unique spin. They specialize in offering samples of over 40 items between their Harvest Table, Chef’s table, as well as an additional 12 different cuts of meat. Guests experience the flavors and textures of these samplings tableside. The way that the dining experience works is that you are given a handheld token with both a green and a red side. Green means go, red means stop. So, when you are ready to enjoy samplings, leave the green side up on your table. For when you are in need of a break between samples or you are ready to call it a night- simply leave the red side up. There is no limit to how many times you can flip your card from red to green, the experience ends when you want it to.
