Cabin was great. It was clean had plenty of space for us and things to do. I loved the location it was so close to town. The only downside is at nighttime even with the porch light on its hard to see the steps but its only a couple steps but would be nice to have a light there. This is our second stay with heartland cabin rentals and we will be back, we love the option with the free attractions. Already planning our next trip to the best place anywhere The great smoky mountains!

I’m giving a 5 but there were a few things that could be improved. The cabin was really cute and comfortable. It was clean and ready for our stay. It was a little confusing with check in as that mail comes from outside of Airbnb and supposedly went to my spam that I still could t find. Luckily they called and we were able to figure it out prior to our arrival and got access. Also it would be nice to have 2 bars of soap per bathroom for hand washing and showering. Shampoo and conditioner would have been nice but I know that isn’t always expected.

Great cabin, nicely appointed, perfect location, you can hear the train whistle from Dollywood. Cute little game room with pool table and electronic vintage game console. Comfortable for families, keep in mind parking only for one SUV & small compact car. Pizza parlor/convenience store within walking distance. Management company is very responsive, had a chirping smoke detector and they came within 20 mins at 9:00 at night to fix it, now that's service! We will be back.
