Wonderful

We brought my mom and she had never stayed in a cabin before and this cabin did not disappoint in any way!! With 2 master suites she felt like a queen. And since losing my dad just a few months ago she really needed some time away!

It was literally the most beautiful vacation ever

The cabin was amazing! The views of the mountains were stunning. The staff were so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to answer questions or help us with whatever we needed. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to stay and enjoy the cabin more!

A very pleasant experience.

Only two suggestions: (1) both couches' springs are tired and need rejuvenation, and (2) despite the fact that an attorney, a veterinarian and two pediatric oncology nurses tried to figure them out, the controls for turning on the showers escaped us. This resulted in my taking a bath for the first time in a long....long time! Fortunately a quick call to your offices for assistance resolved the matter. However, may I suggest that a small placard or note be placed in each bathroom with operational instructions for the showers.

Truly had amazing views and very comfortable, large cabin for us and our two adult boys.

My older son spent HOURS in the hot tub. I didn't care for the smell...I guess the Bromide? It clung to my skin and swimsuit (even after washing!). Because of this I only got in once. Not anyone's fault, I'm just sensitive to smells. Both my husband and I thought the master bed was a little too soft. Our backs hurt every morning, but then we are used to a sleep number bed and this is no one's fault...just our bodies like very firm mattresses. I thought their should be index cards taped to places where guests could be informed of how things work. The sink kept getting stopped up and I couldn't figure out how to get the garbage disposal to work (then my husband looked underneath and said there wasn't a disposal! The switch should be marked as such. Also the bathrooms need a note saying how to work the shower. I had a hard time with the master...once I figured it out, it was no problem. My boys had a harder time with their showers. We've never seen a shower where you had to reach up into the faucet and pull something down in order to take a shower! A note would have saved a lot of frustration and a call to the office. The office staff was very nice and helpful. I felt bad having to call them about the hot tub not working and the sink not draining (which drained over night on its own). The staff was very friendly and didn't seem offended by my suggestions. Overall, I loved the cabin...nice and roomy. I wish the kitchen had a crock pot so I didn't have to lug mine there. The large coffee table was perfect for building our two 1000 piece puzzles while we were there! We left them there so that others could enjoy them.

A comfortable, restful and relaxing stay with gorgeous views of the mountains!

Everything was just as it should be for a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable and conducive to a wonderful vacation experience. As always the gorgeous, changing view in the comfortable wooden rocking chairs was a gigantic plus.
