Three levels provide breathing space for everyone; pool table is on the lower level with its own deck and half bath. Living room, kitchen, bedroom and hall bath on the main level, upstairs a spacious loft bedroom with its own bath. For that special vacation when you want everything "just right." The cabin was great except for the master shower. The door would not stay closed and the faucet was pointing the wrong way making it not the most pleasant experience. Overall, it was great though! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We were extremely satisfied with Heartland Cabin Rentals. The process was smooth and the communication about everything was spot on. The cabin, Day Dreamer, was a great touch for our anniversary getaway. There’s nothing like the solitude of the Smoky Mountains! We look forward to booking with them again!

Perfect cabin for our family, upon our arrival the little touches like the Christmas lights being on, the cabin warm, the TV’s had cute westerns playing were so thoughtful. There were activities, games, hot tub, overall space for everyone to stay busy and entertained. Cooking was so easy our cabin had everything we needed to cook…Exceeded our expectations! Holiday decor was wonderful. And Heartland was one of the easiest property management companies I’ve ever used, great communication & loved I could text them.

The cabin was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and a fireplace that made our stay cozy and warm. However
The communication with the office was easy and nice. Will surely stay again with the Heartland cabin rentals, but not in this Day Dreamer cabin - too difficult driveway. Next time we will try something else.

We had a great time staying at this cabin. It felt secluded, yet only a few minutes' drive from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Everything was fresh and clean, and we appreciated the kid's plates (in addition to regular plates) in the cupboard. The explorie tickets were great - we saved $100 on our trip to Dollywood! We were (kind of) bummed we didn't see any bears, but we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again.

Very nice cabin. 2 bedroom an 2 1/2 bath. Nice location with a beautiful view. My only complaint would be the game room is too small for the pool table and they need a clock in the upstairs bedroom. Other than that, we loved it.
