- A home away from home.
The cabin overall was a awesome experience, the view is breathtaking. We did encounter one small issue but other than that the stay couldn’t have been any better.

- Very friendly staff and cute cabin.
The staff was extremely friendly during our stay. The hot tub and jacuzzi worked without any issues. The water pressure was not the greatest, but that’s to be expected in the mountains. Overall, it was a great time!

- Quiet and relaxing
Wonderful vacation. Cabin was beautiful and perfect for our family of four. Located at the end of the road so it was very private and quiet. The only negatives would be that there was a random knocking off and on throughout the night and the hot tub was slightly run down but we still enjoyed it every day. The attraction pass was very easy to use - we called the first night and reserved three attractions which saved us about $150 total. All the tickets were emailed to us - very easy to use.

- Quiet setting
The cabin was a perfect size for the four of us. I was kind of disappointed it wasn't a regulation size pool table. We did have a couple problems with the stove. I've never used an electric stove and wasn't exactly sure how to set it. The maintenance people came out right away and helped. There is a constant knocking which kind of scares you and we weren't exactly sure where it was coming from. You can really hear it in the master bedroom. The washer and dryer is outside in a little wash house that looks like an outhouse. That was kind of weird. Overall it wasn't a bad little cabin, but it is far away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so if you like getting into town right away I'd suggest somewhere else but we liked the seclusion

Cub crossing was a beautiful cabin. It was very secluded, private, and Easy to locate. Kind of far from downtown Gatlinburg but still a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for the mountain “feel”. Will definitely be staying again with heartland.

- Very private.
Cub Crossing cabin is pretty and very private. However, the view is very limited due to the trees. I would suggest staying somewhere closer to town because this cabin is about 8-9 miles from town which is about a 15 to 20 minute drive depending on traffic.
