New to our ProgramThis breathtaking 2 bedroom, 2 bath Smoky Mountain cabin rental gives you and your guests a fantastic location to enjoy all there is to see and do in the area. With quick, easy access and no steep mountains to climb, you’ll love being able to spend less time driving and more time having fun in the Smokies. When you enter the cabin you will see a stone gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and a comfy seating area. It is just perfect to sit back and relax after a full day of shopping or playing in the Smokies. The fully equipped kitchen and joining dining area are perfect for a family “home cooked” meal. Step out the door of your Queen bedroom and breath in the mountain air and enjoy the serenity of nature. The large deck is perfect for sitting and watching the fireflies put on a spectacular show or just taking in your Smoky Mountain backdrop. Catch up on your favorite shows or movies while laying in the comfy King bed or soaking in the jacuzzi tub located in your room just at the top of the stairs. After you have relaxed and gotten your belly full head down the stairs to the lowest level of the cabin. There you will find a large game room. If shooting pool, competing in a friendly game of air hockey, or an intense game of Foosball doesn't sound like a good way to end the night. Mountain Serenity has a private bubbling hot tub on the deck just outside the game room. To help you map out and plan your daily adventures Mountain Serenity offers free WIFI so be sure to bring your laptop or tablet. MOUNTAIN SERENITY CABIN IS NON SMOKING!

Enjoyed our stay very much Only negatives I would add is cabin could have been more decorated and shower head fell off, but nothing major. Customer service was excellent. I've rented from Cabins of the Smoky Mountains (or also called Gatlinburg Falls) and the customer service was horrible. They wouldn't even answer the phone! I will be renting with you from now on.

- Outstanding as usual
The cabin was as described and pictured. Great location! It is easy to get to and had a great view. We enjoyed the large game room and all the games were in good working condition. It was nice that is was actually cold because that gave us an opportunity to use the fireplace. We have used Heartland 3 times in the last year and a half and we are already planning our next trip. We will be booking this cabin again on our next trip. The only thing that would have added was if there was a TV in the second bedroom but, that wasn't a big deal and we knew that already. The hot tub was ready when we arrived and the fence around it gave privacy and made you feel secure when we used it at night.

- Relaxing Vacation in the Mountains but not too far away from entertainment
This cabin was wonderful. About a 10-15 minute drive to Pigeon Forge, close enough but far enough too. We were there for New Year's Eve. I watched the neighbor's fireworks from the loft bedroom! It was a cozy cabin and it had everything we needed, even coffee filters! The game room down stairs was a great distraction for our kids. I was so glad that we had it, especially on the rainy/cold days when we didn't want to get out.
We booked our trip before the fire so we were worried that the cabin had burnt. I called the office several times checking on the cabin. The staff in the office was always very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend Heartland Rentals to anyone who is traveling to the area, especially Mountain Serenity!
