Dollywood's Splash Country has added River Rush. The ride combines a roller coaster with a water ride.
Last year Dollywood's Wild Eagle made history being the country's first wing coaster. Now they are trying do it again at Splash Country.
"Imagine being on a roller coaster with water coming at you're being propelled by water up and down on hills and valleys. It really has a coaster experience with that water feel too," said VP of Water Parks, Amy Owenby.
The coaster will be four stories tall and span more than an acre with a 1,175-foot track.
The hydromagnetic coaster uses magnets and water to give you the climbs, drops, and twists of a roller coaster.
