How to Squeeze In A Free Night
You can easily score a free night simply by including a certain amount of vacation days to your stay or by making sure there is a "Free Tuesday" offer in the "Cabin Deals" section of our website.
Pick the Perfect Cabin Deals
Heartland Rentals offers exceptional seasonal specials that are yours for the taking! Before you get started on your cabin selection, be sure to view the current specials offered in the Cabin Deals section of the website. You may find that you can upgrade your cabin due to earning a free night's stay through your reservation! Even by booking online you'll save a whopping 5%! If you've stayed with us in the past, you'll get a loyalty discount of 10%- so that alone paired with booking online is pretty great!
Securing Your Reservation
After you have picked out the perfect cabin special for your vacation dates and possibly wiggled in some discounts- head on over to the cabin list to search for the right cabin for you and your family. You'll want to apply your vacation check-in and check-out dates to check which cabin availability is offered. Keep in mind, if you're able to work in a free night with one of our cabin specials, you may want to consider adding an extra night! Once you have found the perfect cabin, scroll to the bottom of the feature page to locate more detailed information as well as the amenity overview. There will be a complete breakdown of the full cost of your stay as well as the deposit amount required to book your cabin to give you an idea of what to expect before you get to the checkout portion. Any remaining balances will be collected at check-in. Go ahead and click the book now button. A detailed page will appear which will include the arrival and departure dates, the pricing for your entire stay, and a place for you to enter in your payment and contact information. Be sure to tick the terms box and then click the Complete Booking button to finish your reservation.
What To Pack
Be sure to check the weather for the course of one week prior to your vacation and the weather that is to follow the week after your vacation. This will give you an idea of how to manage your suitcases. We always suggest a warm winter coat, hat, and gloves. Some days it may be warm enough for simply a sweater and a scarf, other days it may be wet with bitter winds. We recommend bringing one fall weather outfit to accommodate any warmer weather we may incur. We have been known to experience all 4 seasons in one week. Be prepared for the cold. Always keep an umbrella handy, rain just kind of happens at random here!
