Take your children to pet the stingrays at Touch-A-Ray-Bay. Touch-A-Ray-Bay is an area where one on one interactions between you and a real life stingray takes place - it's a guaranteed splash! Stingrays are the gentle giant's of the ocean. At Touch-A-Ray-Bay, you will be able to glide your hands over the top of a stingray as it floats by. You will have instructional assistance throughout the activity.
The Tropical Rainforest showcases untouchable creatures such as colorful and poisonous dart frogs, herbivorous and carnivorous piranhas, and unique fish such as the four-eyed anableps fish and one of the world's largest fish - the Pirarucu.
The Shark Lagoon is a realm consisting of a 340-foot long gliding sidewalk where you will wind your way throughout an underwater tunnel. The underwater tunnel will let you get face to face with tarpons, squirrelfish, snappers, sawfish, a large sea turtle and giant sharks.
Penguin Playhouse and the Discovery Center
At the Penguin Playhouse, visitors can watch penguins swim, eat, and play. Waddle through the tunnels for a chance encounter with one of the penguins in a pop up. You can also make reservations to pet a penguin with the purchase of a penguin encounter. Pet horseshoe crabs and see the puffer fish in action at the Discovery Center. You will have instructional assistance throughout the activity.
