Do the cabins have central heating and air?
All of our cabins have central heating and air conditioning.
What amenities can I expect to find in my cabin?
Each cabin is equipped with a full kitchen, an outdoor hot tub and either satellite or cable television. Other available amenities include private settings, mountain views, pool table, air hockey table and jetted whirlpool tubs.
Are the roads to the cabins paved?
All main roads are paved. Mountain roads leading to the cabins will either be paved or gravel.
Can the hot tub be used in winter?
Hot tubs can be used at any time. Please familiarize yourself with all health and safety precautions before using your hot tub.
When can the fireplace be used?
Fireplaces are available for use beginning October 1 and are turned off April 1.
Where are most of your cabins located?
All of the cabins are located in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Most rental cabins are outside city limits, but all cabins are within 10 to 20 minutes of downtown activities.
What is there to do in the area?
The Great Smoky Mountains offer numerous hiking, camping, fishing and horseback riding opportunities. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge offer countless shopping, sightseeing, amusement and dining opportunities.
What is the Arts and Crafts Community?
The Great Smokies Arts & Crafts Community is one of the oldest areas of Gatlinburg. The eight-mile auto loop contains dozens of shops featuring handcrafted items made by local artisans.
How far are the cabins from the national park?
Each cabin is located within 10 to 20 minutes of the National Park.
Where can I purchase discounted show tickets?
You can purchase discounted attraction and show tickets on the Heartland Cabin Rentals Web site. Click on the Packages, Attraction Tickets, or Show Tickets button to search for the activities you’re interested in.
Do the cabins have WiFi service?
Not all cabins have Internet access. If a specific cabin does offer Internet access, it will be listed as an amenity. You can view all cabin amenities on our Web site, www.heartlandrentals.com, or give us a call at .
Do the cabins have satellite or cable television service?
All cabins have either satellite or cable television. Each cabin is individually owned, so each owner chooses the channel package for that particular property.
Is smoking allowed in the cabins?
All cabins are nonsmoking. Smoking is allowed outside, although doors and windows must be shut to prevent smoke from going inside.

1) Guests staying with us during winter months are required to arrive in a four-wheel drive vehicle.
2) Each cabin is individually owned, and while owners decorated their cabins to suit their own personal tastes, each cabin is equipped with all the basic necessities.
3) You cannot have more overnight guests than your cabin was designed to sleep.
