Rose Hill Roost is a recently restored authentic smoky mountain log cabin located in a peaceful wooded area with a wonderful mountain view. On the outside deck is a large hot tub for relaxing and sitting room. There are 2 kitchens, one upstairs off of the living room and one downstairs connected to the game room. With plenty of decks and a spacious living room this is the perfect family rental for 10. All of our Gatlinburg Cabins and Pigeon Forge Cabins come with fully equipped kitchens, air conditioners, heat. Heartland Rentals supplies a starter package of supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dish soap. Any needs after the starter supply is used is up to the guest. Heartland Rentals also supplies all the pot, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, towels and other linen. Any special items the guest should bring with them. We do not charge per person, however our rates are a house rate. The rentals have specifications to the number of people that can sleep in the unit, no more then this number may stay in the unit.
