Surrounded by beautiful woods and plenty of natural light, A Cozy Den is both quiet and comfortable. With its location between both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg it is convenient while still remaining private. With tasteful dιcor within the cabin and beautiful rockers, hot tub this is a perfect mountain getaway. All of our Gatlinburg Cabins and Pigeon Forge Cabins come with fully equipped kitchens, air conditioners, heat. Heartland Rentals supplies a starter package of supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dish soap. Any needs after the starter supply is used is up to the guest. Heartland Rentals also supplies all the pot, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, towels and other linen. Any special items the guest should bring with them. We do not charge per person, however our rates are a house rate. The rentals have specifications to the number of people that can sleep in the unit, no more then this number may stay in the unit.
