Tucked away from the road, Bear Necessities features a beautiful log exterior with wrap around porch. Upon entering the rental you will find an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and dining room. Located in the dining room is a cable modem for high speed internet access on your lap top! The bedroom is located separate with a beautiful log bed and Jacuzzi, off of the bedroom is a bathroom. Off of the living room you will find yourself immersed in the wooded beauty of the mountains, with your own two person hot tub and gliding picnic. Relax with the one you love in the glider or in the hot tub and truly take in the spirit of the Smoky Mountains.
All of our Gatlinburg Cabins and Pigeon Forge Cabins come with fully equipped kitchens, air conditioners, heat. Heartland Rentals supplies a starter package of supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dish soap. Any needs after the starter supply is used is up to the guest. Heartland Rentals also supplies all the pot, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, towels and other linen. Any special items the guest should bring with them. We do not charge per person, however our rates are a house rate. The rentals have specifications to the number of people that can sleep in the unit, no more then this number may stay in the unit.
